If you are not quite ready for our retreats and would like to experience the power of Reiki first, consider having a one on one Reiki session.  If you are interested in being certified as a Reiki practitioner, consider our Reiki classes.

Reiki Healing Sessions

Reiki healing sessions are for your own personal healing.  These sessions are an hour to an hour and a half long.  They occur in a quiet peaceful setting in my office (in person) or virtually, from the comfort of your own environment, such as your home.  During this time, we work strictly on healing YOU from head to toe. Reiki is an energy healing technique that Divine Life Manna uses to promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety by applying a gentle touch. We use our hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Yes! This can happen virtually as well.  We treat the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit to create relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.

Usui Reiki Classes

Reiki classes are designed for you to learn Reiki to train others and build your own Reiki business. We teach 3 levels of traditional Usui Shiki Rhyoho in person and virtually. There are no particular requirements or experience needed. Reiki is a natural process and everyone can learn it.  To learn, all you need is your will, a heart to help people, and a commitment to practice.

 

The classes are fun, engaging, and beneficial for people of all backgrounds.

Classes are limited in size and require pre-registration to attend. All of our Reiki classes include hands-on practice and certificates. You may sign up for 1, 2, or all 3 levels.

Reiki 1

  • Attunement Ceremony

  • The history and benefits of Reiki

  • How Reiki interacts with the Chakra System

  • Demonstration of hand positions for Self Reiki followed by a Self Reiki session

  • Demonstration of a chair Reiki session on others followed by a practice session

  • How to do Reiki sessions on animals

  • Demonstration of hand positions for massage table sessions on others followed by practice

Reiki 2

  • Attunement session to connect you with the Usui Reiki symbols

  • Description and uses of the three Symbols to enhance and focus the energy, to balance the different layers of the energetic field, and to send the energy at a distance

  • Scanning the energy field and Chakra Balancing

  • Long Distance Energy Practice Session

  • Setting up positive fields of energy for goals

  • Beaming the Energy or sending it to someone or something at a distance but within your eyesight

  • Massage table practice sessions

Reiki 3

  • Summary and review of Level 1 & 2 classes, Q&A period, hand position practice

  • Two Tibetan master symbols to heighten your practice

  • Usui master symbol to create highest protection when working with clients

  • Reiki and hand positions for animals

  • Healing meditations and guided imagery for both self and others

  • Extensive training manual with pictures, hand positions and a step-by-step guide to walk you through each exercise, treatment and attunement
