Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At DLManna, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To honor both your time and ours, the following policy applies: 24-Hour Notice Required Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will not receive a refund. Rescheduling for No-Shows While refunds are not provided for no-shows, clients may reschedule their appointment for a future date, subject to availability. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered a late cancellation and are not eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled one time. Thank you for respecting our time, energy, and the sacred space we hold for your healing.
